More than 25 nationalities work at our offices around the world. Ongoing staff training takes place at our center in Africa, where our people share best practices – and have the opportunity to visit local humanitarian projects to gain more insight into our clients’ fieldwork. Raptim’s staff exchange program is another way we help our people to grow, as they share their expertise and perspectives.
