However correct such a broad sentence may be, nothing paints a picture like a very specific personal story as the story of Sean Reynolds. He was in Nepal when an earthquake struck. Along with Christian Aid, he helped the Nepali people in a commendable way.Faith-Based Travel, A Personal StoryIt was noon on the 25th of April 2015 when an 8.1Ms earthquake struck Nepal. It killed almost 9,000 people and injured nearly 22,000. It was the worst natural disaster ever to strike Nepal since the 1934 Nepal–Bihar earthquake.Sean Reynolds, a 26-year-old student from Dublin, Ireland, happened to be in Nepal when the earthquake struck. Instead of immediately packing his bags and hopping on a plane back to Ireland, he chose to stay in Nepal and help with the relief efforts.
