29 Faith-Based Organizations Dedicated to Helping People

Inspired to take action when no one else would, Raptim Humanitarian Travel was founded when we organized relief for missionaries stranded in Africa during World War II. Our relationship with faith-based organizations is at the very heart of Raptim and inspires us daily.

The value of faith-based mission travel

Today our work extends to church groups, missionaries, and clergy. We support faith-based organizations by offering the lowest possible fares – including discounted missionary airfares. Many faith-based organizations work effectively by responding to humanitarian crises when disaster strikes. Their main goal is to relieve vulnerable victims from suffering and help them create and sustain a better life for themselves and their environment.

Listed below are twenty-five admirable compassionate faith-based organizations dedicated to helping those who need help most. The list is not exhaustive. But, to a large extent, underlines how much help is needed all over the globe. Fortunately, many faith-based organizations are dedicated to improving living conditions throughout the globe. We are putting a great emphasis on the fact that this list is incomplete. Please note that we recognize the importance of the work done by any other organization that is not mentioned herein. Should you have in mind a faith-based organization that should be added to this list, please let us know via Twitter.
